Relationship between the presence of experiential avoidance and the level of physical activity of university students

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to identify a relationship between experiential avoidance and physical activity level of young college students. A sample of 637 students of both sex were recruited and the assessment of physical activity frequency and level was development against IPAQ and experiential avoidance was measured by AAQ. Results show a dependent relationship between the acceptances of negative experiences and execution of physical activity. These results suggest a high probably of negative emotional experiences acceptance in people who makes intense or moderate physical activity.
