This is a fast and temporary translation of the most visible missing chains in OJS 3.1.2-2. This is not included in github yet because the OJS submodules structure request too much time to push. PKP is working to setup a translation server that will make thinks easier and faster.

A full Spanish (and Catalan) translation will be included in OJS 3.2.
